From a contact details sidebar in the dialer to local phone number selection on 10DLC in Spoke, our latest features are designed to supply personal relevance to every call and text.
DIALER: PROVIDE KEY CALLEE INFO TO YOUR CALLERS WITH THE CALLER SIDEBAR
The Caller Sidebar shows callers relevant details about the person you’ve called – from polling place names to custom fields from your contact list, or employer and occupation. Customize with any information your callers need.
Plus, add custom sections to include important context like key talking points, voting information, and more.
Easy to turn on and customize, visible throughout a call, use the caller sidebar to make sure your callers always have what they need in front of them to have their most impactful calls.

DIALER: GUIDE CALLERS WITH REAL-TIME ALERTS AND CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
Use our new “Caller Alert Bar” feature to provide real time updates to your callers.
Set alerts to expire or stay up permanently to share important campaign information, spread encouragement, and make sure time-sensitive instructions are heard.

What’s more, you can use customizable campaign cards to provide helpful information when your campaign isn’t eligible to be called. When callers find themselves in campaigns that have paused, completed, or are outside of dialing hours, keep them engaged with targeted next steps. Even an inactive campaign is an opportunity to take action – use the dialer custom messaging features to direct callers to your next phone bank, for example.

SPOKE: SET UP 10DLC NUMBERS TO KEEP CONVERSATIONS LOCAL AND DISTINCT
With an active 10DLC registration, you can now curate a list of sending phone numbers in area codes of your choice (for SMS). Choose from your list of numbers to:
- Localize your campaigns so your texts are coming from the most relevant area code
- Set up sender personas, e.g. so that your contacts receive organizing texts from one distinct number and fundraising texts from another
- Rotate your 10DLC numbers to help mitigate text fatigue
